Return Policy:

You have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return, provided the item is in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in the condition you received them, unworn/unused, with original tags and packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • The request for return must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Perishable items, custom products, sale items and gift cards and items not purchased from thehealthynosh.com are not eligible for return.

Process:

To initiate a return, please contact us at care@thehealthynosh.com with your order details and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package, along with a return shipping label.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund decision. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again and then contact your credit card company or bank, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
