Shipping/Delivery Policy

Orders, once confirmed, will be dispatched within 2 to 3 working days and will be delivered within 7-8 working days from the dispatched date. During busy times like holidays, processing and shipping delays may occur.

Delivery times vary based on geographical location, shipping destination, product availability, and courier partner's delivery schedule. Orders under ₹499.00 will incur a ₹99.00 delivery fee. Delivery estimates start from the shipment date, not the order date. No shipments occur on Sundays/Holidays.

Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled. Please refer to the Return & Refund Policy for returns. For defective goods, please file a single complaint for return/replacement through email at care@thehealthynosh.com or WhatsApp at +91 81001 50081.

Customers should decline altered or damaged packages. Domestic customers are responsible for any state government duties. We cannot predict assessed fees or amounts. In refusal cases, return costs or goods costs will be charged.
